		<description>From the day we decided to have live-in nannies, my wife and I realized that no matter what decision is made there is incredible external pressure to make sure the woman feels like she is a horrible person. No career - inadequate. Bad mother - inhuman! There is no perfect world, just very personal decisions.

Never let anyone judge you. Be confident that the only right decision in your situation is the one you made. No one is in your shoes. Period.
