In toddler food land, that of macaroni and cheese, hot dogs and chicken nuggets, parents often find themselves stressed regarding their child’s food intake. It’s hard enough to get your child to eat, let alone find a balance to be the force of good vs. junk food.

For parents of children with food allergies or other dietary restrictions, meeting the Food Pyramid standards can be even harder.

    My daughter (almost two) is in love with any kind of soup. I find it the easiest way to get her to eat and get some form of nutrition in her little body. She also loves milk…in her tummy and, unfortunately, on the floor. Thanks for the links.
