		<description>Nicely written.  One point I would add.  Sydney houses are freezing because it isn’t worth insulating them for the coldest weeks.  They have windows that are permanently open.   People don’t like to turn the heating on because it flies straight out the window.  It’s easier to freeze for a few weeks than to seal them.  And by the time you&#039;ve gone to Bunnings to fix the problem it&#039;s spring.</description>
